We run these anywhere in the US, with the crew sourced wherever the event happens — the constraint is lead time, not distance. The earliest we can run is two weeks out; a month is better, because that runway is where the pre-event links and the community turnout come from.
Requesting a date does not charge anything. We send the deposit invoice once the date is confirmed.
